Didn't get the verification email or code?

Sign-up and password-reset messages usually arrive within a minute. If yours hasn't, work through the checks below — most cases are spam filtering or a strict corporate mailbox.

Check in this order

  1. Look in spam and promotions

Search your mailbox for "GenDocX" or "[email protected]". A provider filter is the most common reason a first email goes missing.

  2. Verify the address

A typo sends the message somewhere else. Check the exact spelling, including the domain.

  3. Allow the sender

In a corporate or school mailbox, add [email protected] to your safe-senders list, or ask IT whether external mail is quarantined.

  4. Wait, then resend once

Delivery can take a minute or two. Resend once from the same page and check again; clicking repeatedly can invalidate the earlier message.

  5. Try another mailbox

If your main mailbox is filtered, try a Gmail or Outlook address to confirm the rest of the flow works.

Verification links are time-limited. If the link has expired, request a new message and open only the newest one.

Opening the link inside WeChat's built-in browser can fail. Copy it into Safari or Chrome instead. Corporate networks may also block the redirect — try a different network.

Still nothing?
