Can't sign in to your account

Most sign-in failures are one of four things: the password, an unverified email, an expired link, or browser and network filtering. Work out which applies before resetting anything.

Common causes

Password is incorrect

Caps Lock, keyboard layout, and a password manager autofilling an old password are frequent causes. Type it manually to test.

Email not verified

If you never opened the confirmation message, the account exists but sign-in is blocked. Follow the verification-email guide first.

Reset link expired

Password-reset links are time-limited. Request a fresh one and open only the newest message.

Browser or network

Cookies blocked by a privacy extension, or an office proxy that blocks the auth domain, can make a correct password fail.

What to try

  1. Reset the password

Enter your email on the sign-in page and choose Forgot password. Open the newest link and set a new password.

  2. Confirm the email first

Search for the sign-up confirmation message and open its link, then return to the sign-in page.

  3. Clear the site's state

Try a private window or clear cookies for gendocx.com. If sign-in works there, a stale session or an extension is the cause.

  4. Change network

Turn off VPNs or proxies, or try another network. Some corporate gateways block third-party auth requests.

If none of the above works, email [email protected] with the account email, the time you tried (with time zone), browser and device, the exact error text, and whether you use a VPN or corporate network. You can write to us without signing in.
