Edit documents in the browser

Open a .docx in the built-in editor, change the text and formatting by hand, and save it back to your workspace — no desktop Word install needed.

How it works

  1. Open a document

Open a .docx in the workspace file panel and choose the edit action to enter the full-screen editor.

  2. Edit directly

The editor renders the actual Word layout. Change text, paragraphs, and formatting in place.

  3. Save or discard

Save & Exit writes the .docx back to the same workspace file. Discard closes the editor without saving.

When to use the editor

Quick manual fixes

Correct a name, amount, date, or typo without writing a new instruction.

Fine formatting control

Adjust spacing, alignment, or a single table cell when direct control is faster than describing it.

No Word installed

Continue on any device with a browser — nothing to install.

The editor works on the .docx itself, so saving updates the document in the workspace and in later previews. Changes made by the agent or in another app appear after the file reloads.
